Ordering & Shipping Policy

  • Orders shipping to U.S. Territories will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) free of charge to you within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to international, APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.
  • Submitted orders may not be cancelled. For information on returning an item or more, please verify our Returns and Exchange Policy or Contact Us for more information.
  • For your protection USPS may require a customer signature upon delivery.
  • Shipping addresses are limited to one address per order.
  • You will be notified via e-mail if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment.

What could delay my order?

Amazon-gems.com is committed to protecting our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We take many precautions in verifying the security and privacy of all orders. For this reason, most items take a minimum of 1 to 2 full business days before being approved for shipment.

Once your item has left our distribution center, we will provide you with a tracking number, which you can use to verify the arrival date for your order.

In out of stock items, special or custom orders we will inform you accordingly how long it will take for your order to be shipped out.

Can the jewelry I order arrive in a gift box?

At your request and free of charge to you, we will ship your order in a luxurious gift box featuring a black ribbon &bow accent with cream colored linen-textured paper. The box is easy to open and the bottom of the box is covered in a rich black linen-textured paper. It is our standard procedure to include in our shipments a beautiful satin colored travel pouch to add extra protection to your jewelry.
